The Youth Workin’ It-mobile

Until last November, we’d been driving round a 1987 Honda with over 300,000 miles on the clock (yes – you read that right!). We took it to a mechanic just before the state inspection was due and he advised that it would need a lot of work done on it, especially because one of the back wheels was about to fall off.

(n.b. Honda engines are so good, the wheels on their cars fall off before their engines die!)

Given that we’d only paid $850 for the car in the first place, it wasn’t worth putting more than that amount into it, so we scrapped it and borrowed a car for the last couple of months to use. Until now.

We’ve spent the last week trying to sort out a car and we finally have one and even better – it’s Shae’s dream car that she’s wanted since she first saw one.

So………introducing the Youth Workin’ It-mobile which we’ve named “Beast” for obvious reasons:
