My guest post is being published on Jon Acuff’s Stuff Christians Like blog today – it’s a (hopefully!) funny take on the differences between churches in the US and UK, so go check it out. Feel free to post in the comments how witty, insightful and amazing it is 😉

Good post on SCL. I’m also in the US having been born in the UK. I miss those chocolate covered hobnobs – much better than a donut. The post was uncannily spot on to my experience too 😉

Thanks! Chocolate hobnobs are definitely one of the things I miss most – they sell them in Kroger, but I can’t justify spending $10 on one pack that’ll be gone in about two minutes!

Visiting from SCL…I added you to my reader. My daughter is a Young Life volunteer leader so I’m going to suggest she visit too. Flour face-good one: )

      Hi Joyce,

That’s great – thank you! Hopefully there’ll be plenty of stuff on here to give your daughter some inspiration
